RYA change the name of RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper certificate of competence

The RYA have changed the name of the RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper Certificate of Competence to RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Coastal Certificate of Competence. This now means there are there grades of Yachtmaster i.e. Coastal, Offshore and Ocean. This move now means there is a clear difference between the RYA Coastal Skipper course and the higher level RYA/MCA certificate of competence.
