The RYA training scheme provides RYA courses in three main areas; RYA sailing course for cruising yachts, RYA motor training courses for motor cruisers with accommodation and cabins and lastly RYA powerboat courses for small open sports boats such as RIBs and speedboats. The RYA courses covered by these RYA training schemes covers all sailing abilities from complete beginner through to advanced qualifications for serious leisure or commercial users. There is also a choice of one day support courses such as RYA first aid, RYA diesel engine, RYA sea survival and RYA radar. RYA sailing courses and RYA training qualifications are renowned the world over for quality and are the benchmark standard for training such institutions as the UK's Royal Navy and RNLI crews.

We are a fully recognised RYA training centre and have been for over 30 years. We recognise that there are many RYA sailing schools where you can learn to sail so we always work harder to make sure that your RYA training courses are safe, fun and enjoyable. Most of our RYA training courses take place on the Solent which is the perfect sailing training ground and being based near Southampton our sailing school is only a short drive from London.
