Evidence has shown that there is no significant difference in selling price between a managed yacht and a private yacht of similar age. In most cases yachts in our management are better maintained than most private examples due to rigorous maintenance schedules. Certainly the income left over after all costs far, far outweighs any small difference in eventual selling price.
